35 minutes of either Strength or Cardio, you choose! Offering you the best of both worlds, you can choose your style of training. One side of the room will focus on Pure Strength in a weekly progressive manner while the other side of the room will focus on Cardio! Weightlifting or sweating it out with an increased Heart Rate- choice is yours!

This 45 minute weight training session is broken up into two separate training blocks each week, focusing on strength, technique and muscle hypertrophy. With Longer rest periods and no cardio, this session allows you to focus on one thing.. strength!

SPARK

This 45 minute session is a definite to add SPARK to your day with interval training, involving movements of both strength and conditioning with a wide range of equipment. You can train at your own intensity and ability, to gain your own benefits!

DEFINE

A perfect blend of weight training and cardio designed to DEFINE your whole body! Strength and Cardio are separated into two completely separate training blocks. Focus on your strength and form in a controlled and motivating atmosphere, while getting a sweat on and elevating the heart rate during the cardio blocks to leave you feeling strong and feeling fit!
